News and views about resonator and lap-style guitars and guitarists; as well as musicians in public venues, such as sidewalks and subways.

I always knew that the reporters for the Independent Mail in Anderson, S.C., were the most intelligent newspeople on the planet.
This from an article about Dana Keller and Laurie Jennings Oudin: "Mr. Keller plays pedal steel, guitar and the dobro, an instrument known for its difficulty to master."
My name is Matt Nozzolio. I play resonator guitar, lap-style guitar and an import squareneck tricone. I play in several acoustic bands, including The Bristol Boys, Allan Harris and Cross That River, Horizon Blue, as well as solo.
I'm part of the Music Under New York program, and the music programs at Griffin Hospital in Derby, Conn., and Midstate Hospital in Meriden, Conn.
